Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases and quotations from Ocean Shipping Pty (“we”, “us”).

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars. Product specifications are listed on each product page; where a configuration detail matters to your purchase, confirm it with us before ordering. Order totals — including the $550 flat delivery rate — are shown before you place an order.

Quotations

Quotations are prepared per request and remain valid for the period stated on the quotation.

Delivery

Delivery estimates (5–11 business days) are provided in good faith and depend on site access and carrier scheduling. See Shipping & Delivery.

Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Hassle-Free Refund and Returns Policy (30-day window).

Payment

The accepted payment method is bank transfer against a formal invoice — see the Payment Policy. Orders are confirmed once funds are received and verified. GST is applied and itemised per the Sales Tax (GST) Policy.

Product condition and warranty

Website use and accounts

Content on this website (text, imagery, layout) belongs to Ocean Shipping Pty or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to resupply of the goods or refund of the amount paid. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure), though we will always work with you on a practical resolution.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
